Customer is looking for solution on backup power module in motor application.
The backup power rail is 24V which is generated from AC/DC aux. power. When AC/DC power is failure in motor spin operation with certain events, the motor must appropriate to be controlled until it's stop. Thus, the backup power system needs to maintain the hold-time 5Sec to 10Sec.
It looks Bq24640 is not suited one. What best device we are looking is integrating the charge, discharge current mode, balancing and power path management for such application. Or is there alternative solution to achieve it?
