Hi Sir,

Pls check as below waveform,

It will down to 3.6V stay around 40ms when remove bq24040 in Vin=5V.

Pls advise what cause this behaviors?

Hi Ian,

Not sure I understand the question, the yellow waveform is the input voltage? This looks like normal behavior when removing the input.

Excuse What does normal behavior mean?

Why does the input voltage keep at 3.6V for 30ms?(why not decrease smoothly?)
