REF3430: Absolute Ratings of Input Voltage

Part Number: REF3430

to whom it may concern

Please tell me about the absolute maximum rating of the input voltage.

Looking at the data sheet, the minimum rule is "Vref + 0.05". Is "Vref" interpreted as the voltage output by the Output terminal? Since IN = 0V and VREF = 0V when the power is turned off, the absolute maximum rating is violated. Please explain the interpretation of "Vref" in "Vref + 0.05".

In addition, there was a phenomenon that the voltage of Output became higher than that of Input during the transient of interruption. (About 0.1V)  Please let me know if this is a problem. In either case, please explain why this is the case.

Best Regards,
