REF2033: th doubt of the dropout voltage of ref2033

Part Number: REF2033

The dropout voltage of ref2033 is 600mV maximum as followed

but,the value is 340mV when it is in -40℃~125℃.

So,i have a doubt that there are two different value in its datasheet, and what's the value of its dropout voltage actually .

  • Hi Suyi,

Figure 57 is a typical graph and does not represent the worst case condition or corner cases. This graph was created off of 1 unit of 1 lot.

The MAX voltage dropout at 20mA of 600mV in the EC table is representative of the worst case condition on corner lots in worst case conditions.

The drop out will vary from device to device. It is necessary to always add margin. If you are designing with a large volume of units, I would use the 600mV if the output is 20mA.
