The negative voltage is beyond the absolute maximum rating, but is there the problem?

Hello Watanabe-san,

The absolute max rating specs in the datasheet are for DC voltage. Hence, the SW pin lower than -0.3V should NOT be a concern if the duration is limited to several nanoseconds only.
