BQ51003: Small coil power transfer

Part Number: BQ51003

I have successfully implemented using the BQ51003 chip on a protoboard using a 10 mm diameter RX coil with a 20 mm diameter TX coil.  However, now that I have had the PCB manufactured, power transfer is no longer happening.  I have ruled out any manufacturing defects with the PCB and the schematic and passive values of the PCB are identical to the proto-board.  Is there any known issues with this?  My only possible thought is that the parasitic capacitances are sufficiently different between the proto-board and PCB so as to create an issue.  Any recommendations into resolving this would be appreciated.
