 Could you please help confirm

What is the Vf voltage of the body diode of its internal N MOSFET?

    Gareth,

    We don't have the readily available data for the internal body diode forward voltage.

    Could you share the reason you need this data as well as urgency?

    I will have to check monday if we can provide that data to you.

    If you are concerned about reverse biasing VF and causing current we have similar part which Reverse current blocking feature built-in ( TPS22916 ).
