Hi Choi,
For this application, you may not need a micro-inverter. A micro-inverter converts the DC output of a panel to AC. In your application, you need to convert this again back to DC to charge the battery pack. This is a very inefficient method. I can suggest a reference design like TIDA-010042 that can charge a battery directly from solar panel.
