    Hello,

    Here are some comments:

    - the optocouper needs to be the -A not the -G.

    - the linear voltage regulator needs to be the TL431 not the TLV431

    - The sense resistor  PR8 needs to be doubled

    - the VC cap PC15 should be increased or changed to electrolytic

    - the input bulk cap PC2 should be increased to at least 33uF

    - you will need to adjust/optimize the feedback network since the transformer and output caps where changed
