BQ24640: What is the possible reason that STAT pin blinks while CE pin is at high level?

   CE high means charge is enabled. If STAT is blinking this means the charger is in a fault condition. Refer to Table 2. of he datasheet for the possible fault conditions you should test for when STAT is blinking.
