Hi,
we are using UCC23513B(B version samples) in a 3 phase vienna PFC circuit.
And there is probability that output(light blue) is not corresponding to input(dark blue). During this time, the 10V power supply on Vcc is stable and doesn't decrease to UVLO.
We have tested 5 modules.
There is only 1 module will have such behavior, and it happens at some load(not maximum load or very light load).
And by placing the PFC inductance away from the gate driver, we won't see such behavior.
