Part Number: TPS7A49

Hello,

I'm a reliability engineer currently conducting a trade study involving this part. Is there a factor of 10 estimate for the number of transistors in this device? Similarly, are these BJT type or some other kind?

Thank you for your help.

  • Hi Derek,

I am looking into this for you and will get back to you by tomorrow.

    Thanks you,

    Jason

    Hi Derek,

We can only share a comp count range (ie 1-k, 3-5k, >5k, etc) and we cannot answer process-specific questions on the public forum. Do you think the comp range would be something you will be interested in?

    Regards,
    Jason

    Hi Jason,

Yes that info would be very helpful. If it's possible to begin a conversation offline about process information I would appreciate that, too.
