TPS7H3301-SP: Technical input about degradation that supply voltage is higher than recommended voltage

Part Number: TPS7H3301-SP

Hello,

My customer is requesting any technical information we may about degradation of the 5962-1422801VXC when the supply voltage is higher than the recommended voltage. Their commentary is below.

We know recommend supply voltage is from 2.375 to 3.5V and Maximum supply voltage is 3.6V

The applied stress is 3.465V

We want to see if it has degradation of reliability, reduction of semiconductor break down, end of life (EOL), and infant mortality.

Survivability group ask our help to justify if this applied voltage will degrade the part.

Regards,

Joe
