CSD17484F4: FemtoFET package conductive?

Is the body of the package for a FemtoFET like the CSD17484F4 insulated? Particularly the bottom of the package, is the body conductive or tied to an internal node?

Hi Mark,

Thanks for the inquiry. There is no plastic package as this is a chip scale part. The substrate is electrically connected to the drain of the FET.
