LM5060: Choosing Ro in a large capacitance load application

Part Number: LM5060
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM76202-Q1

The datasheet mentions that in the case of a large capacitive load, you might need  to add a series resistor to the Out pin. The section is a little confusing to me. They listed 4 scenarios.

My application has a large capacitive load and I'm not expecting reverse polarity at the input.

Do I need an Ro ? and if yes , how do I calculate the right value ?

Thanks
