Please tell me the HBM/CDM of this product.

    This is an older product and no ESD data is available from the original qualification/development of the device. Can you clarify the reason behind this ESD request from your customer? Is this a new project and they are simply looking for data to release the component in their system? Or are they experiencing an ESD issue with the device in their system?

    If this is for a new project, can you clarify the specific requirements for the socket (VIN range, desired VOUT, load being powered/required IOUT, etc)? Perhaps we can recommend an alternate device that has ESD data as requested by the customer.

    Thank you for your reply.

    This is new project and they need ESD data to certify parts.

    However, I got ESD data for a similar product from CSC last weekend.

    I will answer it to the customer. Thanks.
