Hi team,

My customer is using TPS7A49 in their battery pack, when EN is low to 0V, what is the output voltage supposed to be?

Is that normal when it it above 100mV?

Hello,

When Ven<Ven(min), the part should be totally off and the output should be 0V.

Do you have scope shots of this? Was the device powered on and then off when this was noticed or was it never on?
