TPS63805: Noise on VIN from Inductor Switching

Hi,

We are using the TPS63805YFFR with a 22uF cap at the input and a 0.47uH inductor.

When the inductor is switching, it is causing noise on the VIN capacitor.

Attached is a scope capture of the noise.

Is there a recommended capacitor value we should add, to avoid this noise?

I tried adding a 100nF in parallel to the 22uF at VIN, this did not reduce the noise.
I also tried adding an additional 10uF at VIN, this did not reduce the noise.

Hi Keyur:

How do you test the signal? Make sure the probe and the Gound of the probe as smaller as possibe.

And you can try measure the Vin only, no any other signal.
