If you know the low frequency gain, and the location of the dominate pole which is produced by Cout and Rload=(Vout/Iout), then you can estimate the location of the crossover frequency.
Equation 25 takes into account the low frequency gain with the term 15.46, and the dominant pole location is approximated using Vout and Cout.
