does TPS23881 still need MSP430 or any Mcu software control?
1 port provides 60W
2 ports provide 30W+30W
3 ports provide 15W+15W+30W
4 ports provide 15W+15W+15W+15W
5 ports provide 7W+7W+15W+15W+15W
6 ports provide 7W+7W+7W+7W+15W+15W

That is correct, for power port management, there will need to be some software control of the PSE from an MCU.

if every port has the same watt, can it be achieve in auto mode? not need Muc control? if can.
can TPS23881 use 1pcs for Type-4 4-pair 8-channel design a total of 90w?
90w design must be connected by 4-pair?
then why is the 4-pair bt connection only 4-channel RJ-45?
could the design schematic or guide for Type-4 4-pair to 8-channel RJ45 be share? thanks for your help.

I believe you are asking for a reference schematic that uses 8 port PSE where each power 4-pair? So two TPS23881 schematic? Please confirm.
If so I recommend looking at the 24 port (4Pair) solution below and only design for 8 of the ports. You can also use the FirmPSE system software (also in the link below) to help you get started with a full PSE system software. Thanks!
