TPS54620: Enable pin input voltage limit

Part Number: TPS54620

Dears,

TPS54620 have define the enable input maximum? or it define VIH value when enable higher then VIH means it's ok.

SPEC define absolute maximum, have define recommend value?

  • Hi Eric,

The abs max table, as mentioned in the note below, specifies maximum voltage before permanent damage to the device may occur. So, from the current table, the EN pin voltage must be kept lower than 6-V.

The electrical characteristics table shows the thresholds where the device is enabled/disabled. In the current table, the device turns on when the EN voltage is above 1.21-V typical and turns off when the EN voltage is below 1.17-V typical.

Hope this helps clarify. Let me know if you have further question.
