Hi Team,

There is a question that need your help, currently we are using TPS62827(4A).

The inductance is attached. Our condition is 3.3V to 0.8V with Peak 4A, AVG 3.2A or so.
But we found that the current DC/DC temperature can reach 139 degrees (red circuit) at the maximum.

If we want to improve the temperature, what suggestions do you have?

Hello Jamie,

What did you use for the DC/DC temperature calculation ? What are the parameters involved?
