UCC28070: 4pin and 6pin short test

Part Number: UCC28070

Hi,

I am testing the UCC28070 device by shorting each pin of the IC in the open short test.
Not only shorts of adjacent pins but also irregular shorts are confirmed.
Among them, when 4pin(VSENSE) and 6pin(IMO) were short-circuited, the feedback control did not work and the output voltage set at 400V rose to 600V.
After that, the fuse in the input line was blown and the operation stopped.
(Question)
When 4pin and 6pin are short-circuited, the output voltage is limited to about 600V for a while. What are the possible causes for this situation?
Is the 6pin(IMO) internal circuit affected?

Best regards,
