The customer would like know parasitic capacitance value of LS/HS FET in order to add snubber.

Do you have data of parasitic capacitance of TPS61023?

Hi Shota,

They also need to consider the PCB parasitic inductance, as well as output capacitor ESL. The easiest way is following the app note to design the snubber: e2e.ti.com/.../calculate-an-r-c-snubber-in-seven-steps
