Hi Kuramochi,

IFB is determined by the primary winding voltage divided by RFB.

Kuramochi-san,

The feedback current is dictated by the resistance at RSET. However, the conditions in the table are for ATE tests and show that the FB voltage is clamped by back-to-back diodes to VIN.
