I'm currently designing a High side switch for an engine starter, using LM5060 device :
- No need current protection feature
- No need OVP
- Load voltage is 14V
- Load current is 25A ~
Question : except freewheel and "8.2.1.2.9 Large Load Capacitance" from datasheet; are you seeing another particular precaution in this use case ?
Any other device in Ti Load switch more suitable to this application than LM5060 ?
