ULN2003A: replacement for ULN2003APW

Hi TI expert

 We are present using ULN2003APW in one of our project. We are planning to use 2 array IC in place of 7 array IC(ULN2003APW). Please suggest suitable part number or model if any part is available in 2 array IC.

    Hi Thomas,

    It is possible to parallel the channels of ULN2003A for higher current if you want to use it as a two array device.

    If this is not acceptable, I would suggest looking at some devices like SN75451B as these are two driver devices. Still, I would recommend using ULN2003A and paralleling the channels.
