Dear sir/Madam,
We used "/SHDN" to adjust the system turn on voltage by using external resistors. According to the datasheet Ishdn = 1µA & Ishdn_hyst = 3.2µA @Tj=25°C.
The problem is that the datasheet doesn't give the minimum & maximum limits of these values. Therefore we cannot determine the turn on voltage and the hysteresis when the temperature varies between -40°C and +125°C!
Could you give us the minimum & maximum limits of "Ishdn" & "Ishdn_hyst" ?
