We design the schematic with BQ25606, found some terminals short , after changing the chip, the issue was fixed. One of them can be seen that the output terminal of the charging chip has burnt black marks.The schematic as below,I want to know what can cause the short issue,(ESD? input/output inrush current? input/output short? designer defect？ or others?)
we have recieved 5 customer complains about this issuein five months , this case is very urgent, pls kindly help us do some anaalysis
