Part Number: LM25118

Hi team,

My customer used this device in their system but they need support Vin voltage low to 3.5V.

But currently they found when input voltage is lower than 4V, our device will be off.

Below is their circuit and please advise which portion we need to modify.

Thanks

Regards,

Paul

  • Hello Paul,

The device needs an initial startup voltage of 5V. Otherwise the voltage on VCC might not rise above the UVLO threshold of 3.7V typically.

    Best regards,
    Brigitte
