BQ24210: ISET resistor

In the datasheet SLUSA76B at chapter 8.4.5.6 it is noted: "An external resistor on the ISET pin is used to program the output current (50 to 800mA) and can be used as a
current monitor."

How can the actual monitor current be calculated, depending on the Riset resistor value and the measured voltage?
