We have problems with the SOC indication of our batteries.
We use a BMS system with the Li Ion Gas Gauge chip bq78350-R1
THe calculated state of charge and full charge capcities are not correct.
We use a 14.5AH battery and after each cycle the "full charge capacity" reduces by +/- 1%.
So after 1 cycle it shows 14.375, 2the cycle 14.245, 3the cycle 14.116, 4th cycle 13.988 and so on.... down to 12.8Ah
While the real capacity is +/- 14.25Ah (measured with a battery capacity test machine.
How can we solve the problem so the real SOC will be more accurate?
