Question1 : Does CSD25310Q2 been qualified to automotive grade? AEC-Q100/101/200 ?

Question2 : The pin defined seems different, drain & source just reversed, may I know which one definition is the common industrial footprint?

Thanks for the interest in our CSD25310Q2, unfortunately this device is not Q101 Automotive certified and we have no plans to make this or any of our FETs Automotive certified.

As for the pinout, yes our Pch discrete devices in SON2x2 and SON3x3 have the source and drain connections reversed compared to our competitors. This is because of the technology we have for our Pch does not allow us to have competitor footprint.
