We need to identify the country of origin for the components of an ECU we supply. Could you supply this information for the following devices:
Country of origin for both of these is Thailand.

Is Thailand also the production site? We are trying to rule out China from the supply chain.

For these part numbers, all the material is manufactured in Thailand.
The final stop for the PGA970 is the TI Taiwan site.
