Dear Team,

When our customer change TIDA-01167 to the following specifications, where should I change?
input:10-32V
DCDC output:9V,0.6A
Standard: ISO7637-2/ ISO16750-2/ LV124/ SAEJ1113011/ JASO-D001 D1,D2,E

In addition, there is LM7480-Q1, too, customer think about cost and performance, which way should I use?

Hi Pan,

For 24V system, I suggest to use LM7480-Q1 as it can handle unsuppressed load dump event effectively.

Hi PAN-M,

As Rakesh mentioned, you can achieve Standards: ISO7637-2/ ISO16750-2/ LV124 with the circuit specified in section 10.3.1 of the datasheet.

Can you help us understand in more detail the tests specifications of SAEJ1113011 and JASO-D001 D1,D2,E.

Hi Praveen,

Our customer said JASO-D001 D1,D2,E exclude.
But, SAEJ11130-11 is listed in TIDA-01167.

We discussed this specifications with a customer and decided on the following spec.
Input : 10-32V
Output : 9V,0.6A
Standard;
- ISO7637-2
- ISO16750-2

Do you not have the reference about these specifications?

Hi PAN-M,

For 24V systems,

You can consider using the circuit shown in section 10.3.1 in the datasheet in case you want 200V unsuppressed load dump protection. If this is not required, you can consider using the circuit shown in section 10.2 of datasheet.

For 12V system,

You can consider using LM74202-Q1
