Hi all,

I have a problem with the integrated circuit UCC38050. I'm using the application note of it's webpage (slus515f) with the same characteristics (400V, 100W). The problem is that CS Pin always explode and i don't know how to fix it. 
This is the schematic. If you need more information, just ask.

    Hi Pepe,

    Can you be more specific about the failure mechanism and the conditions under which the failure happens? Are there any other pieces of equipment connected to it when the circuit fails?

    You can order the UCC38050 EVM and look at the waveforms for comparison.
