Hi There...

New here....used lots of part from TI in our products...

one question Regarding The Switching Frequency .. for Mosfet CSD17311Q5

I want to know about the SWITCHING FREQUENCY (Fsw) FOR MOSFET CSD17311Q5

Please let me know this details as i have gone through the Datasheet...but this (Fsw) parameter is not present in the Data sheet....

    Sadashiv,

     

    MOSFETs do not have switching frequencies.  A MOSFET is a switch, the switching frequency is determined by the device or circuit driving the MOSFET.  The CSD17311Q5 can support DC operation up to an extremely fast switching frequency into the multiples of megahertz.  The limitation of the switching frequency will be determined by the application, controller, drive circuit and acceptable efficiency levels.
