LP2998: LP2998 Vref timing

Hi Masazumi,

Attached is the waveform captured on EVM.
Looks like the REFOUT follows VDDQ during turn on and turn off.

Can you double check your test setup?
VDDQ is shorted to PVIN in your test setup, right?
Also, can you check if there is large capacitance on VREF at DDR side? If it is doable, can you disconnect LP2998 VREF from DDR and test again?
