TLV713P-Q1: About "maximam output current limit"

Part Number: TLV713P-Q1

Hello Team,

How should the maximum value of the maximum output current limit be considered?
Only the minimum value is indicated in the datasheet.
The device is TLV71333.
Figure 16 in the data sheet is a typical value, isn't it?

Best regards,
Kato

  • Hi Junya,

This device is rated to output a current at 150mA. The current limit is the maximum current it can source before the output current being limited. The reason datasheet only has the minimum 175mA spec is because the device is tested to be able to output 175mA. The device should be used at 150mA load max and datasheet allows some margins here.

Figure 16 is only tested at 25C and you can consider it as typical values.

    Regards,
    Jason Song
