Hi,

   I can see TPS73633-Q1 part in TPS736-Q1 Datasheet, I have TPS73633-Q1 (Fixed 3.3V output ) part, but  I did not see  TPS73633-Q1 order information.

Do you check  TPS73633-Q1 RTM? can we provide this part  TPS73633-Q1? Thanks!

      Thanks for your reply timely! The customer will use auto design. In voltage +5V, output voltage +3.3V/0.4~0.5A, Fixed 3.3V output. very small Iq,, support Q1.

    We do not currently have plans to release TPS73633-Q1. This part number was added to the datasheet by mistake and will be removed on the next datasheet revision.

    SOT-23 is not a practical package thermally for higher currents. Please note that with a voltage drop of 1.7 V at 500 mA, the dissipation in the LDO would be 850 mW. While thermal metrics will vary from device family to device family, SOT-23 packages normally have theta-ja metrics in the 200s C/W.

    TLV702-Q1 is the highest current automotive qualified LDO we have in the SOT-23 package. It is rated for 300 mA.

    LP5912-Q1 is a 500 mA LDO; however, due to thermals it is offered in a 2 mm x 2 mm WSON package.
