REF6225: REF6225 Questions on Thermal Issues

Part Number: REF6225

I have a customer who is asking questions on how the thermal specifications apply to this part.

The web page and the data sheet seem to indicate that the part is designed to operate from -40C to 125C.

The device comparison table (page 3) then indicates the REF62xx parts are specified to have 3ppm/C between 0C and 70C. I can understand this part of the specification, but I do not understand what the drift would be over the entire temperature range. The REF60xx and REF61xx are specified over the entire temperature range, but the values used do not indicate to me what the drift value would be for the REF62xx over the entire operational span of the part. I realize that the actual specifications for this part are all stated at 25C, but can you expand on what values of drift that my customer would see over the entire range of the part vs. the 0C to 70C window that is specified.

Thanks for your help with this!
