i've designed a power stage for a new project with lmr33630 (400Khz) aided by Webench software site.
These are the charachteristics: Vin=34Vdc, Vout=24 Vdc; Ioutmax 3A.
Webench designed a circuit very similar as the base application of the datasheet part with these value (in brackets the value i've mounted)
Cin 10uF (1uF)
Cinx 220nF (same)
Rpg 100K(same)
Cboot 100nF (same)
L1 22uH (same)
Rfbt 100 k(same)
Rfbb 4k32 (4k3)
Cout 82uF (100uF)
Coutx 1uF(same)
I've tried to apply power by a power supply (with a lower load for the stage about 30 mA) but immediatly the lm33630 burn, shorting internally Vin and SW.
I've also tried without load and applying a lover Vin (15V) and setting a lower Vout (Rfbt 100 k, Rfbb 10k for about 11V) but the result is rhe same.
Could someone help me?
