LM117: LM117KG bare die

Part Number: LM117

Hi,

I understand that the "G" in the part number is for Gold back side metal that is tied to Vout.

Now, what does the "K" stand for?  Is it just the high output current version of this die?  That seems to be what the LM117QML data sheet is indicating.

Thanks for clarifying!

Chris
