No, they are different fw. The SN27545 is not intended to be used with the bq27545 evsw.

thanks for your reply. Now i use the SN27545 senc to program the BQ27545-G1, i find it is normal now，in the Iphone6 battery application I find they use the SN27545，but I can't buy the SN27545， I want to use the BQ27545-G1 to replace the SN27545（I have the SN27545 senc file and evsw ），is it possible for me to do so. Thanks~

No, they are different fw with different features. So one is not a drop in replacement for the other.
