Hi, team

Is the upper limit of the recommended operating temperature of the LP5907-Q1 125 C?
Since other Q1 grade LDO is 150 C, is it typo?

    Hi Hirotsugu,

    LP5907-Q1 is designed, tested, and characterized for a maximum operating junction temperature of 125 C. Although several of our automotive LDOs have an operating junction temperature up to 150 C, the AEC-Q100 Grade 1 only requires an operating temperature up to 125 C.
