TPS62802: 1.8V output turns to 3.3V output after 10seconds after power up

I have designed the circuit so it is fixed at 1.8V output. ON power up of the board 1.8V shows at the output and after 10 seconds or so it increases to 3.3V output. Layout is the same as the preferred layout.

Thanks for sharing your schematic and layout. They look fine.

Can you send a waveform of Vin, Vout, and SW that shows Vout rising?

What type of system is this? If it has multiple rails, it is likely that some pin is backfeeding 3.3V onto the 1.8V rail. This will increase the voltage and the TPS62802 will simply stop switching.
