LM4132: Is this part designed so by default the output voltage is Enabled if the EN pin is floating?

While sufficient Vin voltage is applied, if the EN input (pin 3 on the SOT23) is not terminated and is left floating is the reference voltage at the output (pin 5 on the SOT23) present and within the regulation specifications?

Does the EN input have to be externally driven by an adequate voltage source (such as Vin) for the output voltage to be present and within regulation specifications?

While sufficient Vin voltage is applied, if the EN input is floating is the reference output voltage present or not present?
