Dear Sir ,

   How about LM5018 Vout if without soft start circuit?

   After testing, it is found that when there is no soft start circuit, the output voltage will first rise to a value below the set voltage, then rise to the set voltage after about 8 ms. Is that right?

    Hello,

    There is no Soft start circuit with the LM5018. It maybe that the device is hitting current limit momentary during start up. Suggest implementing a soft start circuit if this is the case. If you wish to implement Soft start suggest implementing circuit in Figure 12 of the datasheet.
