TPS79601DRBEVM: Can I make the programming resistors for TPS79601DR as large as possible to save current for wireless applications?

You can use higher resistors to reduce the current pulling from the resistor diviers. The rue of thumb is that the biasing current needs to be at least 10 times of the feedback leakage current. For this device, the feedback pin leakage is up to 1uA, so the lowest biasing current needs to be at least 10uA or higher. 

You can use the equation 3 to adjust your feedfoward capacitor accordingly, yes, it will be slightly bigger.

If you are operating the CC1312 from a coin cell battery, I would highly recommend looking at the TPS7A05 for lower standby power and to reduce the power consumption from the output resistors. Powering the CC1312 does not require much current and can be done with the fixed 3.3V output.

The LDOs featured in our Laucnhapds tend to be higher spec to allow for variations in output power due to I/Os connected to the board. In your case a smaller, lower standby LDO would be recommended.
