TPS62095: Voltage at SW Pin (AC, less than 100ns) specification

Hello,

We measured a waveform as below,

schematic as below

we are aware of SW pin has specification by -0.3 to VIN+0.3 as below, based on this, we will say the waveform fail.

but in other specification of TPS62085, it note the (AC, less than 100ns) specification as below,

We would like to know, does TPS62095 also have similar standard?

Hi Darren,

thanks for your message. You are correct, the TPS62095 has the same standard with this regards as the TPS62085.

We've initially released the Application Note Understanding the Absolute Maximum Ratings of the SW Note and later on added the note you referred to to newer datasheets.

Hopefully the application note can answer your questions with regards to your measured waveforms.
